Man Ho Yoon, Chief Operating Officer, Senior Executive Director, KDB Financial Group
Mr. Man Ho Yoon is the current Chief Operating Officer and Senior Executive Director of KDB Financial Group since his appointment by the Financial Supervisory Committee in October 2009. Before joining the Group, Mr. Yoon had worked for Korea Development Bank (KDB) for over 30 years. During this time, Mr. Yoon served for more than 10 years as a prominent economist in the field of industrial research. Following this, he worked as portfolio manager at the bank's international subsidiary in Singapore and Deputy General Manager of the bank's New York Branch, where he made a key contribution to enhancing the sustainable growth of the bank. He also demonstrated his considerable financial expertise as General Manager of the Financial Engineering Department and Trading Center. Thanks to his seasoned expertise in financial derivatives, he was instrumental in the establishment of the Korea Swaps and Derivatives Association (KOSDA), before going on to serve as its President. His last position at KDB was as Executive Director of the Management Strategic Division, where he was responsible for the planning and execution of the bank's privatization strategy. Mr. Yoon earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Yonsei University in Seoul. He has completed several executive programs including an Advanced Management Program at Graduate School of Business, Yonsei University and the International Professional Program at Michigan State University in the United States. |
