Parul Lahoti, Human Resources Manager, Procter and Gamble
Parul Lahoti is currently a Human Resources Manager at Procter and Gamble after having recently received her MBA in Strategy and Organizations & Management from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Parul currently supports a global Engineering organization within Procter and Gamble, with members in 9 countries globally, and is involved with managing organizational programs to best work across geographic and cultural barriers. Parul is also the Global Ergonomics Competency Owner for P&G, which involves maintaining and driving knowledge system improvements and trainings across global P&G. Prior to her time at Goizueta, Parul worked as an Ergonomics Engineering Consultant for Humantech, Inc., where she provided ergonomics consulting, training and multi-functional team-based deliverables for nearly 80 clients in the US and abroad, including General Electric, ALCOA, Toyota, Nestle and Pratt and Whitney. Parul also holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, specifically Biomechanics and Human Factors Engineering, from The Ohio State University (OSU), a B.S. in Biology from Kent State University, and is a Certified Professional Ergonomist from the Board of Certification in Occupational Ergonomics. Parul is a first generation Indian, born in the US, with family and ties still in India. Like many young Asian Americans, she has lived as a member of two distinct cultures and has leveraged the learnings from her upbringing to find links to those she supports and coaches each day. |
