Janice Won is an Executive Coach and Consultant who uses her 25+ years of human resources and business experience with a global Fortune 50 company, nonprofits and government to enhance leadership effectiveness. She also provides consulting expertise on Employee Resource Groups, empowering them to increase business value. Before founding The WON Principles, Janice, as a SVP of Human Resources with JPMorgan Chase, advanced corporate diversity initiatives, coached business executives on effectively managing change, and increased profitability through transformational initiatives. She was co-founder and professional development strategist for the Asian network and the first-ever Women of Color network on Wall St. Janice infuses greater leadership capacity in the nonprofit community, as a founding member of Asian Women Leadership Network, former interim director for Asian American Arts Alliance, and Advisory Board Member for NAAMBA's ERG Council. |
