Victor Masaya, Vice President, Private Equity, The Presidio Group
Mr. Masaya is a Vice President in the Private Equity division of The Presidio Group. He is focused on growth equity investments and buyouts of middle market companies. Mr. Masaya also previously served in the firm’s investment banking division, advising companies on corporate finance transactions and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining The Presidio Group, Mr. Masaya held corporate strategy, finance and accounting roles at GreenPoint Mortgage and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Masaya is the Chief Financial Officer of I.D.S. Intelligent Data Systems (Canada) Inc. and serves on the Board of Directors of Lindora LLC and IFG Network UK Ltd. Mr. Masaya earned his MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, his Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California, and his BS degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Masaya also serves on the Board of Directors of Oakland Asian Students Educational Services, a nonprofit organization dedicated to youth enrichment services. |
