Isis Wu, Director, Global HR Strategy & Operations, Kimberly-Clark Corporation
Isis has over 8 years international strategy and operations experience with McKinsey & Company and Kimberly-Clark. She focuses primarily on growth strategies for pharmaceuticals, consumer goods and other multi-national companies in a variety of industries. Born in Beijing, China, Isis has a deep abiding passion for Asia, especially Greater China, as well as other emerging markets and has spent much of her career studying and working internationally. Currently, she leads strategy and operations for global HR at Kimberly-Clark, responsible for executing the People Strategy to enable achievement of K-C’s Global Business Plan. She holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University, a Masters in East Asian Studies from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Isis speaks fluent English and Mandarin, and would like to consider herself a beginner in Spanish, though her Argentinean husband disagrees. |
