Sei Yoshioka is a second-generation Japanese-American originally from New York, NY. He has eight years' living experience in Tokyo and is bilingual in English and Japanese. With over ten years’ work experience in higher education, he currently is a Career Services Counselor with Graziadio Career Services at the Graziadio School of Business & Management, Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA. He provides counseling services and career development resources to MBA and MS Program students and reviews and critiques resumes and cover letters, provides internship/job opportunities and referrals, and assists with interview preparation and salary negotiation. Prior to joining Pepperdine, he was a Counselor with the City University of New York and provided student support services, academic advisement, and career guidance within a college counseling center setting. He has a Master’s degree in Counseling & Guidance from New York University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from International Christian University in Tokyo. |
