Steven Pae, Managing Partner, Financial Technology Solutions
Steve is currently Managing Partner at Financial Technology Solutions, an advisory firm focused in capital markets technology business and consulting. Steve serves as the practice head for Capital Markets Advisory working with early and growth stage financial services technology companies, established banks and broker dealers. At Morgan Stanley, Steven was the Global Head of Product Development for Electronic Trading focused on the development of electronic products to service buy and sell side clients globally including asset managers, hedge funds and quants. At Goldman Sachs and Bank of America, Steven ran the Equities and Electronic Trading Technology organizations responsible for large development efforts supporting the trading and sales desks globally. In these roles, Steven has managed teams across all 3 regions and multiple countries including, US, UK, India, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Canada and Mexico. Steven currently serves as Board of Director in NAAMBA. Steven joined the board in July 2011. Steven graduated from Cornell University with an undergraduate engineering degree in 1992. In 1997 Steven received his MBA from New York University’s Stern Business School. In 2000 Steven received his Management Development Studies accreditation from Cornell University’s International Labor Relations School in New York. |
