Mr. Srikantan has over 25+ years’ experience in Information Technology field with a history of progressively increasing responsibilities, providing technology leadership in financial services, insurance, real estate and petrochemical industries at domestic and international levels. Roles include positions of senior management in major global Corporations (Union Bank of Switzerland, Citigroup / Smith Barney, American International Group and Exxon Corp), entrepreneurial /start-up ventures and consulting. Experience includes managing several functional entities to provide multiple lines of businesses with Applications & Infrastructure and related planning, enterprise architecture, design/development, implementation/support, standards and practices to comply with firm-wide governance, audit and control policies. Built & led large teams (250+) of in-house, consultant and outsourced / off-shore resources to provide various enterprise-wide IT functions. He is an US citizen with an engineering degree and MBA in general management. |
