Cici Li, Talent Enabling Solution Program Manager, Intel Corporation
Cici has been with Intel for 7 years and has held a variety of roles within Staffing Organization. She joined Intel Chengdu Assembly & Test Manufacture as Site Staffing Manager on 2005, who played a key role of Intel Chengdu site ramping with 1000+ hires. On 2008, Cici relocated to Beijing as Intel China Sales &Marketing and Intel Lab Staffing Manager, who drove to build up and execute respective biz groups holistic Talent Acquisition Plan. On 2010, Cici took a new role Greater Asia Executive Search Manger with focus on US Asian strategic talents sourcing to support Intel growth in Asia, including China, India, Malaysia, Japan, and Vietnam etc. On 2011, Cici joined Talent Enabling Solution team in charge of Intel “Go Asia” International Recruiting program. Prior to joining Intel, Cici worked for China government agencies and international companies in Sydney for over 15 years as a HR professional. Cici holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Sydney. |
