Jennifer Hwang, Vice President & General Manager, West Coast Division, Manpower
Jennifer Hwang serves as Manpower's Vice President and General Manager of the West Coast Division. She manages all aspects of the operations in the West Coast Division's four states, including approximately 45 offices. Hwang’s leadership of the division is focused on developing her people, driving revenue, and creating clients who celebrate achieving their business initiatives as a result of their partnership with Manpower. Prior to joining Manpower in 2011, Hwang held roles in sales, sales training, sales leadership, client services with CareerBuilder LLC, where she helped identify new market opportunities and map client needs related to both existing and custom solutions. Prior to her tenure at CareerBuilder, Hwang spent nearly a decade in recruitment and sales, including agency and in-house recruitment management roles. She also owned a recruitment consulting company focused on helping organizations grow through new media channels and has been consulted as an expert source by The Wall Street Journal. Hwang holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University. She lives in San Francisco, California. |
