Ann Nowak, Director, Recruiting, Professional Programs, Liberty Mutual Insurance
Ann Nowak is Director of Recruiting for Professional Programs at Liberty Mutual Insurance, a Fortune 100 company based in Boston, Massachusetts. Ann’s team recruits for the company’s general management and finance leadership development program. As part of her work this year, Ann was involved with an initiative to bring an MBA leadership development program to the company’s Asia operations. Ann also leads Liberty’s effort to help the business find diverse talent to meet their hiring objectives. Ann is a strong supporter of the Asian MBA organization, was an active sponsor of the Singapore conference in 2012 and will be involved with the programming for Hong Kong in 2013. Prior to joining Liberty, Ann worked in non-profit and education, both in the student services functions. Ann has had numerous mentors during the different stages of her professional career and credits much of her success as a professional to those that stood next to her along the way. |
