Rak-Joon Choi is an Offering Manager for The Weather Company, an IBM Business. He strives to bring the technologies and insights behind the world's greatest weather business to enterprises and consumers. As a member of IBM’s General Manager Leadership Development Program (GMLDP), a program designed to build global business managers to lead IBM’s future, he has taken on many assignments within the IBM company, including strategy consultant, financial analyst, corporate auditor, business development executive, and offering manager. Prior to joining IBM Rak-Joon worked as a consultant for Accenture and as a product manager for a Silicon Valley-based international start-up. In addition to having strong passion in digital technology, Rak-Joon specializes in business strategy, project management, and user experience, delivering value to global clients in the financial services and technology industries. Rak-Joon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Yonsei University, and has earned a Master of Business Administration from New York University Stern School of Business. He is an avid fan of history, and in his free time he enjoys critiquing movies, watching basketball, and culinary experiences. |
