Are there any discounts?

 
All registrations received on or before July 31, 2012 are subject to early bird rates. Registration rates can be found here. NAAMBA Premium Members receive additional discounted rates. See link for details.

What should I bring?


School ID, if applicable and another form of Identification like driver’s license or passport. Copies of your most recent resume and cover letters to the specific company you would like to interview with or apply for. Business cards if you have.

 

What happens if I can’t attend the event and I already paid?

 
Cancellations must be made in writing. The full amount will be refunded minus 20% of the purchase price. Any cancellations made after August 1st, 2012 will be non-refundable.


Transfers: A registration may be transferred if a registrant is unable to attend the conference. Requests for transfers must be made in writing via email (info@asianmba.org) and must include the original registrant’s name and the substitute’s name. Transfers made after August 23rd will incur a $100 fee.

How do I enter the event?

 
Badges will be distributed at the registration desk. Please bring a printout of your registration confirmation and photo identification to collect your badge in order to enter the event. 


Conference Access:

 

Full Conference Registration includes access to all conference sessions – Conference Kick-Off, Leadership Conference, Gala Dinner & Award Ceremony, and Exposition.

 

Exposition Registration includes access to the Exposition, plus worshops, employer showcases, and resume critiquing sessions. 

 

Gala Only Registration includes access to the Pre-Gala Networking Reception and the Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony. 

 

What is the event attire?

 

We strongly enforce the dress code which is business/formal. Attendees will not be allowed access if the staff or volunteers deem your outfit unacceptable (khakis, hats, sandals, sneakers, sweatpants, casual wear, loud colors, etc.)
