Michael Shao, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Michael Shao is a Human Resources professional who has worked and lived throughout the U.S. and also globally/internationally in China and Saudi Arabia, supporting telecommunications companies, non-profits, a wholesale/distribution company, and consulting firms in a variety of Human Resources positions including HR Business Partner and Senior HR Business Partner, HR Manager, Senior HR Manager, and HR Director. Michael is currently in transition, seeking his next HR position, after completing a contract Recruiter position with Erickson Living. Michael has volunteered his time to help lead Career Transition groups, critique resumes at Asian Diversity Career Fairs, and serving in leadership and volunteer roles at his church. Michael earned both an M.B.A. degree and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He also is certified as both Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). |
