Rita Masini, Senior HR Executive and Talent Management Leader
Rita is an accomplished senior HR executive and talent management leader, specializing in building high performance teams and organizational capability. With close to two decades of broad generalist experience and employee development acumen, she has a strong resume of delivering 'best in class" HR programs and organizational solutions for global companies. Having traveled extensively for work, Tokyo, Japan is one of her favorite experiences in her career within a range of industries including pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, and PR/marketing communications. She is currently expanding on her certifications and Bachelor's degree from University of Rhode Island, pursuing a Master's degree in HR Development from Villanova University. In her spare time, Rita is an active fundraiser for Cycle for Survival, enjoys networking and serves as a member of the resume writing team at Talent Inc. |
