To ship your exhibition materials to the Metropolitan Exposition Warehouse, consign your shipment(s) as follows:

- Materials should arrive between August 10, 2012 - September 7, 2012. Page 45 of the Exhibitor Kit contains shipping labels for your use.

- For more information pertaining to shipping and material handling, please see page 41 and 42 in the Exhibitor Kit.

- Materials that are delivered to the Metropolitan Exposition Warehouse after the receiving deadline of September 7, 2012 will incur an additional 30% "late delivery" surcharge.

Metropolitan Exposition will begin returning empty shipping containers at 5:00 pm on September 15, 2012; this process should take approximately one (1) hour. Please keep this in mind when scheduling labor and freight pick-up. All carriers must check-in for pick-up no later than 6:00pm on Saturday, September 15, 2012.
