Tomorrow’s Leaders Today 

On behalf of the National Association of Asian MBAs (NAAMBA), we invite you to nominate a Pan-Asian leader from your company (1 per company) for the NAAMBA Global Emerging Leaders Under 40 Award.

Recognizing the accomplishments, contributions and ingenuity of emerging global Pan-Asian leaders across industries, we are proud to launch the NAAMBA Global Emerging Leaders Under 40 Award. While recognizing exceptional feats of each leader, this initiative is slated to facilitate NAAMBA’s efforts to cultivate and grow tomorrow’s global leaders today!

Nomination Criteria:

• 40 years old or younger
• Pan-Asian heritage
• Currently holds or has held a managerial or higher position in your company
• Recognized leader in respective field/industry
• Must be able to attend the 4th Annual NAAMBA Leadership Conference on Friday, September 14, 2012 in Santa Clara, CA
• Willing to donate half-a-day (post conference) to host a group of select, high potential MBA students, alumni and early careerists 

Winners Will:

• Be Recognized at the prestigious Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony on Friday, September 14, 2012
• Be Invited to attend and participate as a mentor in the Mentoring & Networking Breakfast at the 4th Annual NAAMBA Leadership Conference on Friday, September 14, 2012
• Have the opportunity to connect and engage with the NAAMBA Executive Mentor Council (EMC)

Evaluation Process:

During the evaluation process, the Awards Committee will assess each submission against the criteria to reach a decision.

Important Dates:

• Submission Deadline: Must receive all submissions by August 20, 2012. Nominations are now closed. 
• Decision: Winners will be notified by August 25, 2012
• Content Submission: Winners must submit print-ready profile picture, bio (maximum 100 words), and video-clip (maximum 5 seconds duration) by August 28, 2012
