The NAAMBA National Employee Resource Group Council is pleased to present its 3rd Annual Asian ERG Summit. Our vision of a global platform uniting Asian ERGs to promote professional advancement and enhance business advantage will be achieved by connecting and mobilizing Asian ERGs into a critical mass of global leaders. 

Annual ERG Summit Background

The Asian ERG Summit was conceived by the NAAMBA National ERG Council which was launched in 2010.  It is a unique platform for galvanizing Asian ERGs across industry sectors globally in a forum where ERG leaders, HR and Diversity & Inclusion executives and program managers share knowledge and resources, and leverage best practices.  Participating in the Annual ERG Summit strengthens the leadership capacity for Asian ERGs and provides thought leadership for global leaders responsible for developing talented human capital and creating innovative business solutions.

3rd Annual Asian ERG Summit

The 3rd Annual Asian ERG Summit focuses on sharing the latest trends in ERG development, best practices and solutions that prepare Tomorrow’s Leaders Today.  Launching this summit with its inaugural Best Practice Session,  industry consultants, ERG executive sponsors and chairpersons, HR/diversity & inclusion executives create a learning environment that will promote the ability to assess, benchmark and build your ERG functions and organizations.  Concurrent  sessions the following day will showcase ERG strategies and best practices in driving professional development and building powerful collaborations that create sustainable ERGs that add business value.

->  Best Practice Workshop - Asian ERGs: Progressing Towards Success!

Like other successful ERGs, Asian ERGs have a tremendous opportunity to drive business in the key areas of recruitment, retention and professional development, business development, and community impact. Whatever their maturity level, every ERG can benefit tremendously from convening to share best practices across multiple companies. Working together, Asian ERGs could develop a common language and strategic objectives, and brainstorm creative ways to contribute to the advancement of Asian executives, professionals, students, and organizations.  

NAAMBA’s signature “Progressing Towards Success” workshop will provide one of the first-ever opportunities to participate in an interactive Asian ERG learning experience. Using the Jennifer Brown Consulting (JBC) Progression Model™ ERGs will assess their own level of progression and benchmark their strategies, activities and impact against that of other ERGs.

Participants will come away with access to a network of Asian ERGs and a new understanding of: 


- The need for a  Progression Model to drive success 

- Organization’s Progression Level

- Best Practice ERG Strategic Focus Areas, Activities, Impact
